When will my car seat be picked up?

You will schedule your pickup time and date. I service certain areas on certain days so depending on your location, days and times may vary.

How can I be sure that this is safe?

I follow each individual car seat’s manual for all cleaning instructions. I have each manual for all kinds of car seats saved and confirm what and how I can or cannot clean certain areas. I will never saturate any straps and will only clean as safe as it allows me without ever fully saturating the straps.

Is there a discount for more than 1 car seat?

Yes! We do offer a certain amount off for every car seat you add.

Are there any car seats that you WON’T clean?

If there is evidence of severe mold on any straps or fabric, I will have to refund you and will be unable to clean it safely. I will use my own discretion otherwise to decide if anything is TOO dirty to be cleaned by Seat Relief. Odds are, it can be cleaned but you will be personally informed of anything I am unable or unwilling to clean.
